FF8 mods do not work

First of all, I am sorry its my first time modding and I have some problems with it.
I did every step from the video description on Steam. It is not working .. the picture from the title screen has to change, but nothing happen.

I will show you my folders.

I am pretty sure I have this Microsoft visual C++ something. Because my computer said that I already installed the newest version. ^^

I am VERY grateful for your help. I love this game, it is my favorite and I really really want to try it with better grafik. Thank you !

The first issue I see is that you have hash1map in your hashmap folder - the project eden hashmap file replaces your need for that file, and it might cause issues.  Remove hash1map completely.
Also - turn off the steam overlay :)
