FF8 Overworld too slow

Hi guys,I'm sorry for asking for help as soon as I registered,but FF8 overworld map is way too slow on my PC.I have NVIDIA GeForce 7025/nForce 630a (it's integrated,obviously),Windows 7 x64 and AMD Athlon II x2 250,and 2GB Ram.I am using v1.2 NVIDIA patch and FF8Launcher to fix 8-Bit palleted textures.What's the problem here?Any help?
 
Overworld = world map = anywhere that's not a town or a cave or something like that
 
I have it,but yours is actually working.But now it comes up with error that I don't have the 1.2 patch,but I am pretty sure I do!Thank you very much anyways!

EDIT:i don't want to add a new thread about this,but it gives me this message before each fight:"GLITCH: unsupported texture format"

I know what that means,but why does it happen?And after battle,all textures are messed up.

Try updating your graphics card driver? I encountered this same problem (although everywhere was pretty slow, not just the overworld) and after updating it everything was running as it should have been.
