I run the startup.exe, click install, and it just sits there. setup.exe is shown in processes running, but it never does anything. 
Ive tried running setup.exe from a command prompt, and same thing happens.
WinXP with SP2. Also tried changing compatibility mode on the exes to win98, doesnt make a difference.
Just tried it on a win98se box, and it installed fine.
Any ideas, or possibly able to install it manually?
