FF8 Ragnarok View

Hey there... I've a simple question...
Is is possible to get a top view out of the ragnarok? You can switch between wide view and look-from-top when u are walking, etc.. but not in Ragnarok...

Is there a way to get this viewport when riding the ragnarok, too?!
 
Not as far as I know. Why would you want that view anyway?
 
Gnah.. i need a top view! Why don't they just leave the same views for all vehicles? :(
 
Cause theres no need for it: If you walk across the land or fly with the garden then you dont see more than the next 10 meters perhaps. With the Ragnarok, however you see much more than with other vehicles so theres no need for a top view.
