FF8 Steam - Launcher Crash

installed FF VIII from my Steam and Tonberry 2.04 Enchanced lastest release,

followed hashes install from here: https://www.ff7catalog.com/posts/210266/

only 1 language selcted and downloaded EN.

installed mods:

Tripod
Seed Reborn
Project Eden
Lunar Cry
Horizon Pack

( so many mods, but is planned for make a gameplay for my channel and i dreamed use thihs mods xD)

i open the game and on Seizure disclaimer the game crashes, loaded the game from FF8.exe not open and open steam and launcher D=

Steam Overlay disabled to

Windows 7 Pro


i played with mods and old tonberry so many months ago and all worked o_o'

I have same problem; I install same mods;

Project Eden
Lunar Cry
Horizon Pack
Raw music
FMV Replacement

I try steam overlay activate/inactivate but it doesn't work. it says FF8 launcher stop working.

I use Win 8.1 pro
