I have a legit PC version of FF8, and it installs fine, and it configures fine.
But when I double-click the .exe, my screen goes black and nothing happens. When I open the task manager, it says that FF8 is Not Responding, and all I can do is End Task.
I'm running Windows Vista, 32 bit. I haven't tried the game on XP yet, so if that's the problem, I'll know in a couple days. In the mean time, does anyone know what's wrong and/or how I can fix it?
Also, I downloaded the 1.2 patch for the game, and it still doesn't work after installing the patch.
