About the FF9 PC Petition. There's really about 100 less signatures then there are. Read the signatures. Almost all of the last 2 pages is just this one guy spamming the thing.cHiBiMaRuKo: Good insight. I'll let the other group members know. I'll tell you what we decide.

To answer your questions, I've played FF7 for at least as long as you. Been playing almost non-stop since December of '98.
What cinematic with Reeve? Sure, he is Cait Sith, but that doesn't mean you see *him* in the 8 minute video. Also, keep in mind that for Biggs, Wedge, Jessy, Zack, and Tseng, you never actually see them die. You see them all apparently close to dying. That's it. In most of those cases, it would be easy for a story writer to fit in something that saves them.

As for the useless items, we're referring to the Super Sweeper, Masamune Blade (not the Masamune, which is impossible to get without cheating), Fight Diary, Autograph, Gambler.
This also would have included Tissues and 1/35 Soldiers, but apparently the Tissues control the difficulty in the Battle Arena, and the 1/35 Soldiers can be kept at the house you can buy in Costa Del Sol. I haven't tested the thing about them making the Ft. Condor battles not cost anything yet.

If you have the full set of 1/35 soldiers, you can enter the battle at Fort Condor without spending any Gil. Oh man, my 100th post!

Finally. Someone who's actually done it. As stated above, I've heard it but never tried it.Congrats on your newfound Crazyness!

wow! i always thought those items where useless!! can someone (srethron) explain the relationship;
like more tissues equal lower difficulty etc

The full set is 12. Some of them could be found at Junon, but you'll have to fight for the rest at Gold Saucer roller-coaster shooting game side quest. It take HOURS for me to get it all.

I'm No 502 but i doubt this will do anything, maybe we should get a bulk mailer program and mail it to half the people in the U.S and everyone in the U.K ( Us UK citizens would prefer a good pc game than playing a playstation with graphics that make the eyes hurt)

That would be spamming im afraid, just email the link to EVERYONE YOU KNOW!!!

Ahh, but everyone else spams, i must get at least 15 spam mails a day with all my blocks on

Just because "everyone else" does it, doesn't make it right. You're likely to simply get more people spamming the petition. You'll probably also get more spam, hate mail/flames, and mail bombs for your trouble. If even that doesn't happen, it certainly won't enhance the petition's rep.

The petition problems that are way up top are decently stated... i think everything else is ok.. but i still like the Aeris revived thing cuz that was origionally how it wuz supposed to be isnt it?

I suppose this might mean losing your support  :(, but actually Square planned to kill Aeris from practically the beginning of FF7's development.

I made the petition to 615....I think I'll try to gather more support from my friends...

HOw would u lose support from that? But i swear i heard you could revive her in the Japanese version.

Hey people, go to http://www.planetfeedvack.com" TARGET=_blank>www.planetfeedvack.com  and send square an e-mail, if enough people send one, maybe Square will listen?

Srethron: When cHiBiMaRuKo said Reeve, I think he meant Rufus. We see Rufus's last moments, but Reeve is fine. He took shelter with in Kalm or the Slums or something while Cait was with the group. On the FF7 Petition: That guy went WAY too far. All 7 needs is more Cinematics, enhanced in-game graphics, and a fully orchastrated soundtrack using MP3 or some variation of pre-recorded music.

On the FF9 PC Petition: Hell yeah! FF9 on PC! With mine, we're at 2037!

The sad part is, I just checked Squaresoft.com (Which hasn't been updated since 12/18/00 BTW) and in the FAQ it says, and I quote "Square of Japan has not made any current plans to develop a PC port of Final Fantasy IX." Don't that just suck. Any FF9PC petition has to be sent to Square of Japan!  :x

I got sick of waiting for FF9 PC.  I don't have a PSX so I can't use that....so...

I bought the PSX version.  It runs awesome in ePSXe and I don't even have a 3D card, I have to use software rendering.  In fact I get better speeds in ePSXe than I did with computer versions of FF7 or FF8 in software rendering.

Oh well.  If they release a PC version now I doubt I'll get it.
