FFVII How to play movies from HD!!!??? PLEASE!!!

I have a problem with jairofal.avi (its corrupted)
I read that all I have to do is start:run:regedit:local:software:squaresoft:finalfantasy7 and change the directory witch game plays movies from. The problem is Im from Poland (polish language windows software :isee: ) and I dont understand what you mean by that start:run... can someone explain it to me!?? Pretty pliz! Im good in english but I simple dont understand how can I change that directory from CD to HD!!! Pliz I cant play cause game crashes with jairofal movie!!! I played the game on psx but now all I got is... PC :-?  thanks

Start : Run = Click the start button, adn then click the "Run" button, depicted here.

English version:
1. Press "Start" then "Run"
2. A box should appear, type: regedit.exe
3. "regedit" window should appear. On the left navigate to Final Fantasy VII registry-key (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Square Soft, Inc. -> Final Fantasy VII)
4. Search for "MoviePath" key
5. Change it (remember to put "\" at the end of your path)
6. Close "regedit"

Just remember, that if the movie file is corrupted, it doesn't matter if you play it off your CD or HDD. It will crash. Check this thread if you want a new TM2.0 codec (which will probably help you).

Polish version:
1. Kliknij "Start", potem "Uruchom"
2. Powinno pojawic sie okienko, wpisz tam: regedit.exe
3. Powinno pojawic sie okno "Edytora rejestru". Po lewej wyszukaj odpowiedni klucz (klikaj kolejno w: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Square Soft, Inc. -> Final Fantasy VII)
4. W oknie po prawej znajdz wpis o nazwie "MoviePath"
5. Zmien go na nowa sciezke dostepu do Twoich filmow (upewnij sie, ze sciezka konczy sie znakiem "\")
6. I tyle... zamknij okno "Edytora rejestru"

Pamietaj, ze jesli plik z filmem jest uszkodzony, to nic nie da odtwarzanie go z dysku. Tutaj mozesz sciagnac nowy kodek ktory najprawdopodobniej pomoze Ci z tymi zwiechami.
