FFVII New threat mod issue

When I enter the sewer level in ffvii only tifa and aerith show up but cloud doesnt which renders me from playing the game.
 
Don't need a poll, keep bug reports on the NT thread in the Gameplay section; this issue can be resolved by applying the flevel hotfix patch (and apply the scene hotfix too to fix other things). Both installers are identical to the main installer, point them to the data folder of FF7.
 
If playing from 7H, I haven't updated the Catalog in awhile. I'm still very much involved, but just super busy this time of year. I know the differences between the OP installer and 7H Catalog can sometimes cause confusing questions, so really sorry for that Sega Chief.
