FFX and ability spheres

Where do I get some ability spheres quickly? I get most of the other ones from battles, but not the ability spheres. I'm at the road thingy past Lucca. (I just beat the big Chocobo Eater guy)

I didn't get many ability spheres rapidly until much later in the game. Plus, for some reason I don't remember anything in the areas between lucca and some other place which is after that, which I forget. But there is for sure ability sphere heaven coming up later.

Finally, a question I can answer!

Buy some "Ability Distillers" from a shop, or add Distil Ability to a weapon. You will always get at least one Ability Sphere from each enemy you use it on.

I guess I'm not that far into the game. I don't now how to add abilities to weapons yet, and I haven't seen a shop that sells "distillers" yet?

Ability distillers are available in the calm lands after you escape Yuana and the groups punishment.

You also get power distillers speed distillers and a few others.

I always felt underpowered throughout the game BARELY getting by each area. Now that I'm doing the cactaur village quest.. it's a hoot because I am so.. over powered (heck even little Reiku is killing things fast).

Please note TAKE THE TIME TO DO ALL SIDE QUESTS as you go. For example the Miehan road.. think VERY carefully about everything you do. You WILL miss something if you don't listen to the game hints, TRUST ME.
