You dont get macros in Everquest? o.o

i hate using macros to twist, it is fucking annoying cuz you need to memorize spells in the exact number spellslot you put in macro.. i ahte macros...

*hovers finger over warning button* People who can't type shouldn't post.
hey, i paly eq, and i paly bard.. i hae to "twist spells" where i hti keys every 3 or so seconds so i type really really fast without caring what i hit when i talk... so i get leos and ltos of typos easily.. and  i dont bother to erase em cuz its force of habit

You know, this puts me in a really awkward position.....

Final Fantasy, you just hit either Ctrl+1-0 or Alt+1-0, and you program whatever Macro you want in the 1-0. But yeah, I know exactly what you mean about having no time for typos @_@

But dont worry, you dont have anyone to save here   :P

square-enix has came out with some of the worst stuff I have seen asociated with square, namely almost everything that isn't ff7 has had a bad point about it

I've enjoyed every game I've played since the merger. Sure, FF12 will suck because the battle system is going to be like FFXI (read: horribly repetitive, predictable gameplay) but theres sure to be some good ones too.

I honesty like the battle system in FFXI. It takes getting used to after playing all of the original FF's, and even though it automaticly attacks, you cant tell me you're not scrambling to shoot off your next spell or wait for your TP to hit 100% and fire off a weapon skill to save you from behing killed right at the last moment. Its different, but it still has a level of intensity to it. And it'll be nice to see the monsters for a change.

The one thing that annoyed me in every Final Fantasy: Having enemies pop up randomly when you're trying to go somewhere or do some quest. You can now choose when you want to fight and when you want to run, unless they put Goblins and Quadavs in the game...bastards.

Nothing beats the craptastic battle system of  KOTOR..."mash E key on the keyboard so hard untill you kill the enemy and break your keyboard" style.

mash E key on the keyboard so hard untill you kill the enemy and break your keyboard

I dont know what they changed between the Xbox version and the PC version, but there was no button mashing on the Xbox version, it was auto-attack just like FFXI.

For me KOTOR was an improvement, probably one of the best star wars games ever! :D
Though that's not exactly saying very much... :z

Just out of curiosity Darkness, have you started getting into parties yet, or are you still trying to solo at like level 15 @_@.
