Ficedula's site is down?

I dunno if it's like this for everyone, or if my computer just enjoys making me angry...but when I go to Ficedula's site it says "under construction"  Now...is Ficedula doing construction?  Or has the site completely been deleted?  Or am I just another Nub who doesn't know how to get access to it.  There are some tools I'd like from Ficedula, like his "Cosmo" editor, his save game Editor...Ect ect...
