ok i promised myself i would find it all myself due to the fact that the majority of the god knows how many threads ive read people really dont like people asking AND they really dont want to help the noobs do this, an so far i have but ive come to a major stop...so any help would be greatly appriciated as i know ur all probably very busy.
im new here an to all this, ive managed to edit the music and stuff on my ff7 game but really want to find a decent and the most recent(the best that people use) mod for the characters and i recently founf this video on youtube

basically the mods been used makes all the characters, playable AND npc's bigger and more character like, less small and square. ive been searching the site for the same mod as he gives a link to this site, however i cant find it anywhere. this site is new to me and harder to navigate
any info would be really appriciated as ive spent days looking into this an have come up with nothing but dead links lol
thanks in advance, and apologise to anyone who gets stressed about my asking for guidence.

Yeah its the PRP, as well as some other mods (Advent Children Avatars, 9999 Breaking etc)

Actually, it might just be the NPCRP V0.6 (I realise they're the same thing, but I find PRP extremely buggy and prefer to replace the models myself)

Something strange though... in the video posted above, the characters all seem to move a lot better than they do in my game. I see no difference between my world map and that world map, and my battle and that battle... but on the field in towns etc... the characters seem to "flow" better when moving. Strange.
