Thanks I got it working now. One more problem - After I fight the second boss, (The one where Cloud is on one side of the boss, and Tifa / Barret on the other) my game stops working. It doesn't crash, (I.E. It doesn't close the window and display an error message) but it just gives me a black screen. Any idea why it would do this / how to get around it?
 
okay so i'm kind of stuck on how to solve this and where it could possibly have gone wrong xD
i seem to be missing some textures but i really dont know where to start looking for it

i've heard about the bootleg but i'm kind of uncertain or i would like to redo everything because i liked the look of the game sofar with this pack and having to download all the mods seperatly for bootleg, i wouldnt even know which ones i would want to get and which not

by complete luck i managed to fix this error buy changing this line in
ff7_opengl.cfg to on, it was off by default for me

# enable alpha blending for textures without an existing blending effect
fancy_transparency = on

Hi, awesome installer!

Ive been trying all day with mods (which i didn't get to work properly) and found this one. So i downloaded it and it worked for a bit. But the background was really pixelated
I thought it had something to do with all the mods i tried with earlier, so i deleted everything, installed the game again and used this installer. Now i cant get the game to start.
When using the default 1280x800 it loads and then just says that an error occurred .When i use 1900x1280 resolution i get a black screen and hear the music but its not more than music. 1900x1280 works for other games.

My system is:
Core i7-2600k 3,40 ghz
Radeon 7800 HD
8 GB RAM
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

I really love ff7 and playing it with graphic and music mods would be so awesome.

If anyone knows what is wrong, please help me!

If you want help with the Remix, that is unfortunate.  I suggest you delete it and then check the two posts above me.  We will no longer be providing support for an abandoned, outdated project.  Use bootleg for now.   Any posts about Remix will be deleted.
