When I get into the game theres all these lines running acorss the screen - just wondering how I fix it ? Is there a patch or anything out ?

Run FF8Config. On Graphics card you have Renderer. If you using Software, then change to Hardware and vice-versa - if you using Hardware, try Software :wink: .
And you can combined with AF and AA.
