Well first of all I would like to issue an apology if this is in the wrong place but it's my first post and i'm unfamiliar with this site. Secondly, I recently purchased Final Fantasy VIII for the PC after completing it many times on the PSX, so I decided to download teh Griever editor. Unfortunatley, whenever I try to run the application it says that I need the MFC70.DLL. NOw if it's just a problem with my computer and can't be helped then that's fine, but if someone would be kind enough to help me with this problem then I would be very thankful.

Mod Edit: Moved to Game-Tweaking

An updated set of MFC DLLs are available (version 7.0). These will be required for most subsequent releases. Get them here. They're larger than the previous version, unfortunately there's nothing I can do about that. Sorry, thank Microsoft.
Here's the link.

Thanks a lot buddy, the problems solved now. You have my dearest thanks.

 - Edit -
Sorry for double posting but i've encountered another problem. When i open the editor, half of the options aren't available. For example, the 'Junction' tab says that it's not yet implemented in the editor. Now I downloaded the source files for this and I believe that they hold the key to me solving this problem but I don't know how to use them. So can anybody help me again with this?

Again i'm sorry for being so clueless and an annoyance to you all.

Mod Edit: Do not double-post.

Sorry for double posting (...)
If you know about the double-posting rules, why didn't you simply edit your previous post?

As for your problem:
If the editor says that an option has not been implemented, then this means that you cannot use this option until you implement it yourself.
