Guys what guys I bring good tidings.  I just got my beta key and they lift the restrictions on the character creation and the old and new Girdinia.  I'll be using fraps to show you guys the creation when the thing finishes patching.
 
Use the "open broadcaster software" since it's lighter and free open source software. I can mail you the right settings if you want.

FYI, the beta servers only open on the weekends. I need to check the beta forums to make sure this is true, and if so, I can showcase some video as well. I'll try Leonhart's software  :)
 
I believe this is so aswell EQ.  After patching I couldn't launch it.  What class are you going with so I don't repeat it?
 
Either Archer for ranged damage or Conjurer for healing, but I'm not entirely sure. I don't really play beta to play, I play beta to test and sight-seeing  :)
 
Oh yeah me too but I just didn't want to show them the same thing you know.
 
I've recently started this game. I'm an Arcanist L17->18 at the time being in Lich EU server. If anyone wanna join me my name is Squellf Leonhartgr. I hate those robes though because i can't see the characteristics of my character, which I spent some time creating, but they seem to be strong for a battle gear...
 
Don't worry about the ugly robes. I feel the same. Prettier stuff comes at the higher levels  :)
 
I felt so nostalgic listening to the FF8 secret ending music the time I ride that airship... I was so confused with all possible options to join so many guilds at the same time though... I just spammed the join guild option lol. I guess I should leave the low level quests in those areas for my new class to upgrade when chosen right? Because there are some quests available for the Arcanist class as well.

I would save the low level side-quests for when you get your 2nd class to 15. Until you reach 30 Arcanist, just run the main story questline and grind on fate/leve quests.

Thats what I liked on old republic most items are modable so you can choose the look you want and still be bad@$$.  Yes it is better to save everything side related for the other classes.  Since alot of abilities can be shared especially spells like heal.

Well if vanity slots are going to work they way I think they do, you'll soon be rocking high-level gear while still wearing those clothes.
 
Too bad my sub has expired... :) I'm not renewing it until they fix those small fonts issue... I can't read sh*t on my big screen yo! :D Seriously... I have lost a major part of the story due to this issue. In FFXIII they have an enlarged fonts option. Why not in XIV too? Unless it's not part of the franchise... And yes already reported this issue and talked about it in several threads...

My sub expired a few months back as well. I'm going to re sub, but on the PS4 version. First, I'd have to get a PS4 lol
 
Long story short I went to renew my subscription and upgraded to the collectors edition. It still asks me for a subscription renewal! F*ck that!
