FIXED (mod conflictions): FF7 crashes when selecting NEW GAME

FIXED EDIT: After messing around with the mods some more.  I figured out that Animations - Qhimm and the Resize Project part of Field Models - Quimm, when used with New Threat 2.0, causes the game to crash when selecting NEW GAME (most likely CONTINUE as well)

Wanted to play FF7 again after a few months.  After updating 7th Heaven and the various mods I had installed, along with adding a few new ones.  Whenever I select NEW GAME on the start menu it gives me the error below.  I have tried disabling mods one at a time and it still crashes, with any combination of mods, as well as reinstalling both FF7 and 7H fully.  If I disable every mod it works however.

I tried asking the FNNx developer, but he said it was something to do with 7H not FFNx.

The culprit in the Animation mod was the 0-60fps option.
You can enable the rest.
The default option should have been the smoother 0-15 .
I couldn't enter any town with the 0-60 option.
