i just found this out and i have to say its very nice to see this kind of tribute for SOTN here it is


this is very nostalgic.
 
Touhouvania, yes really great doujin game. And has famous voice actors too.

There's still not english patch, so I don't fully understand the plot nor have looked into it yet. But to fully understand it anyways, you'll probably need some common Touhou knowledge. The game was released on latest Comitek (C79). It's linear game unlike many Castlevania, and it's gameplay has bit rough edges, but for a Doujin/Indie game it's really good one.
 
thanks a lot  I'll keep my eyes open for an English translation.
 
There's also Touhouvania 1, (This is the sequel) which was translated to English by the creators themselves on patch 1.03.
