I got another one of my great ideas; let's have a game related pop quiz. :)

I know that the relatively low user count will make the pace very slow, or might even kill it completely, but that doesn't stop me from trying.

Rules are pretty relaxed, basically it's just that first one to give correct answer gets to ask the next question

You can ask anything about game; name, people who made it, some obscure plot detail, anything you can think of. Games can be either for PC or for some console, or even coin-ops, if you want. You can also give as much background info and hints as you wish, or you don't have to give anything. Also dropping hints later on if it seems that nobody knows the answer is allowed and even encouraged.

Oh yes, the question: Name this old... FPS (that's an understatement, IMHO, but I won't go into details yet). It happens on a space station called Citadel and must be completed within 7 hours if you are playing at the most difficult level.

Nope, it's not Doom. Although they were released almost at the same time (well, within few months of each other, at least).

And to reply to your edit; it's not System Shock 2, either. Although this one is really close. :)
 
That it is. :) SS2 was placed at von Braun and... The Other Ship, although there's small piece of SS1's first level in that game too.

As for your question: I have no idea. Although my evil mind suspects that it's some beat 'em up. Or not. :D
 
ok i have one. i used to play this game all the time. and this souldn't be too hard.

this game was ported from the atari 2600 to the pc.the real hint is that you dig down in the ground and to kill things you over inflated them. what is the name of this game?

Sephiroth 3D: Privateer? I know that Wing Commander was set to 2500, or something like that, and Privateer should be pretty close.
