to the new question: no idea. I played some arcade shooter, it was in a city and it was really cool, but i cant remember that name.

This should almost be a given.  

Hints:  Made by Konami.
Second game of the series, the third of the series just came out.  One of the best arcade games.  
This second game follows the story of the first game.  
The name of the characters are Falcon and Jackal.  
You use a rifle, that is bolted to the machine.

The only game I can think of is silent scope 2, but I hardly every play arcade games so I could be wrong.

Couldn't be Alien vs Predator..... he did mentioned that it was quite a recent game.... and Alien vs Predator 2 was out for quite some time....

Not to mention that AVP is set several hundred years in the future and Mot said it was set in the year he was born. That would be Mot has yet to be born.

My guess is Shenmue, and Shenmue II.

You'd be correct Sephiroth with Shenmue, and right about the year I was born thing as well. I know AVP is in the future but I'm not to sure if time travel will be around then ;)
