I would like to inquire as to why you would ask that question? He had stated that he was no longer going to post here. Which tells us that, yes, we have turned him away. So why do you need clarification my friend?

He probably misread your previous post, thought it was wrong, and posted a correction.  It is easy to read "have we" instead of "we have" if you don't look carefully enough.
