I just stumbled upon this page while browsing the STEAM sales recently:
 
yeah it was going to come out the same time as the PS4/Xb1 version but it got delayed. I've been waiting for it for a few months now.
 
Precisely. They released on last gen, then current gen and eventually we will get the definitive edition on PC. Any other order of release would only hurt sales.
