Graphics are super glitchy, video and details inside

I'm running 7th Heaven portable, v2.3.0.34, with FFNx updated to the latest canary build as it's mandatory for the SYW graphic upscales, which are the only mods currently installed: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/598311247212970020/815742838599974912/unknown.png

Even using the "play without mods" options from 7h I get the exact same glitches. I ran the game completely vanilla only once, exactly 1 year ago when I bought the game on steam, and it ran fine, so I assume I screwed something up while setting 7h the last two days.

Please let me know about any further information I can add

you probably use and amd/ati card
just setup the rendering to d3d12 instead of d3d11/auto

I have the exact same issue and I've tried using the solution that the guy above me suggested but for some reason Direct X12 doesn't work with 7th Heaven either so I have no real options left. Did you ever figure out how to fix it some other way? Thanks
