yes I try it too, but: there appear a "stop" and I don´t know when it finishes with the save...
P.D.=Im from Spain, so my english isn´t very good xD
 
Just enable it and play. Stop it when the whole group gathers around the fire in the center of Cosmo Canyon (which means that you've skipped the problematic scene).

before i go to de the movie i play it (the program) and then i play normal the game but it crash too...
maybe i do the things wrong.... :?
 
i try it near the door to go inside (with the 3 characters) and before when i was alone to speak with de guy...  :|
 
i have uninstalled it und patch 1.02 new now it works thx for tipp

Hi, i followed your tutorial but the problem is still there : in Cosmo Canyon, after playing the video, characters keep standing and i can't do anything.
Could someone help me to continue playing ?

When do enable it? Is there any error message? Looking at the second part of the tutorial, which part have you seen? Are the characters' names correct?

1.02 French ff7.exe? Upload it somewhere if it's not this version.

I enabled it just before speaking to Bugenhagen, everything seems correct in gypt but it did'nt work.

There is no error message. The game is still running but i can't do anything except "q" to exit.

I also tried doing it before entering the observatory, in front of the door, but without more success.

Here is my ff7.exe
It is a no-cd exe and I had to use some patches to make it running under XP.
I don't know which version it is.

Can you send me unmodified ff7.exe from your Install CD?

What you need to do, to make it work:
 - Run FF7, load your saved game
 - Run gypt and press "Refresh" button - it will freeze for a while (and I don't mean 5 seconds)
 - When gypt starts responding again (characters' names will appear), press the "Guard" button and wait until it starts responging again (about the same amount of time)
 - Go into FF7 and check if characters are sitting around the fire (if they aren't, keep reentering this location)
 - Press "Stop" button in gypt and wait until it starts responding, then close it
 - Don't send me debug info, I have it already

Should work...

help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i cant get pass the rocket town where i get cid! wen the plane lifts off the thing crashes.. could yu get pass that part for me?? or suggest me to do sumthing
