HD vincent project!

Hey guys. Since i didn't want my project to die i will be starting working on my new model again. I've settle into uni and i have free time to start working on this as it is part of my course now either way. Hope you will all help me by commenting and giving feedback on whatever i am creating. Tommorow i'll be posting first piece of the model probably :)

Do as you wish, as it's you who does this. DoC can be ripped, but if you do so, you won't be able to put it here. You will have to model it from scratch.

I really want to help ya but i can't. I'm not a programmer, so hope you can finish this ASAP with other help ;D

I remember .pk3 can be open with 7zip. and .glm can be open with milkshape

If I may ask, what vincent is this? It looks nice.. Is it a custom mod?
 
The first of those two pics is a custom model from Jedi Academy but converted to FF7, not sure if it's publicly available or not.

The second pic shows someones work in progress model that as far as I know was never finished as the thread for it died in 2009.
 
I've been super busy with my exams for Uni this year. During summer i'm going to start re-doing this project. I have gained some new skills through this year for animation so i'm going to create something much better than my first attempts to it. So be patient. No need to keep re-posting.
 
Haha. I'm glad someone doesn't find him annoying. I sure as hell do. Talk about impatient... On a side note, glad to hear that you will be coming back to this project kicker!

With all the activity in the thread, am I to take it that this project is not complete and i only ASSUMED it to be complete and the mod i downloaded is not complete? lol. does that even make sense?

Hehehe. Goodness me-- I remember having an old Nokia.

Vincent may have been in a coffin for nigh on half a decade, but in the FF7 universe it's quite clear his weapons, evident from his flashback in dirge, are fairly modern.  Vincent was also a member of the Turks, giving him access to next generation technology as part of that task force.   So if you think about it... last generation's next generation is this generation's modern standard. (In theory.  Often the weapons he would probably be given would be prototypes of the models available today.) 

However I digress, for it's pointless to make the above point when he is acquiring modern weapons from shops across the land.  Go with the modern weapons is my vote.

Long time no see after my last update on this project. I have scrapped the first model I had started working on. Thought I should show some updates on what I've been working on. Hope you guys like it.

Comments on how it looks like would be more than welcome. Always bare in mind that I am nowhere near where every other modeler here is. :P

lol. kidding. i can say the figure looks nice but we'll only know for sure once more features become viewable
