Help, I'm stuck in FF8

Hello, I am at the part after you fight the two monsters and save Rinoa from being eaten alive. (Disc 1, night where Edea kills president, your supposed to assasinate her) Well anyways, after Rinoa joins your part where are you supposed to go??? I can't find a way to get off the roof of the presidents mansion, I tried to climb back down and then get onto the ledge where you climbed up the ladder, but I can't get off the roof and onto the lower ledge. Can someone please tell me where to go to get off the roof?

After Rinoa joins your part where are you supposed to go?

You need to continue the mission. Head back and enter the hatch (@ right) to the carousel clock. Pickup the Sniper @ left. Then, enjoy my fav. part of the game. :wink:

Plus, you might want to (again) prepare for battle.

There is a hatch in the hallway, on the floor.... I think it's brown looking, but I can't remember.

don't forget to draw carbuncle from the 2 monsters!!!

Yeah, fighting Edea without Carbuncle is difficult.. Constantly summon him, and Edea will constantly cast Dispel on your party members, thus leaving herself open for hits.
