Help me about FF8 background > MIM structure.

Hi,

I would like to extract/draw FF8 Background. I begin to describe the format and i'm blocked with the .MIM format. So anyone can tell me something about the structure of the .MIM file. I know it contains Palettes colors (offset 0x1000 i think, with 0x200bytes per palette) and the indices (pixels) block (offset 0x3000 i think) but i don't know how use indices with palette (using tiles in .MAP file).
