This is FF,s Modding forum ?
Actually I want to know what type of Models does this game use?
I want to open model files with strange extensions .fml . Will any one please tell me how can we open the unknown model & animation files ?
 
I think, being new here my self, the mod forum is the Tech related forum. Strange considering that is, in fact, problem related. I think these 2 forums got mixed up somewhere down the line. Of course I could be wrong.

AFAIK, the models in FF7 (the one ive had a play with) are not fml
 
I can’t speak for any game but Final Fantasy® VII, but in Final Fantasy® VII there are no .fml files.

You need the special tools we have made to load the model files, and don’t expect much animation.
While we have finished the field animation files, the battle animation files remain a mystery, and no programs exist outside of Square Enix Co., Ltd. that can load the battle-model animations.
