Help with FF8 Sound Effects Please

I've by mistake deleted the Audio files oops for my Final Fantasy VIII and i can't hear the sound effects. What should i do?

I tried but it didn't work.

have you installed/uninstalled any codecs recently, cause ff8 doesnt have any sound effects if ya uninstall some of the default codecs.
