Hi i'm a newbie to qhimm's... but not a newbie to the scene :Pwell.. the files are parts of a Playstation format made by square... .RSD is the name of the format.. it's the models (3d)

hmm.. kinda hard to explain.... *help*

ops... hehe, this post should been a reply to the post about the .PLY and .LMD files...

Thanks for the info. We know about .RSD (and .PLY, .MAT, .GRP) already, but you're saying that the .LMD is connected to the 3D models as well?

The godcursed PC conversion of FF7 sucks.. they've made it all compilcated...ok here we go..

The .RSD file is the conector as you all know... but why the hell did they do those stupid .hrc files? and compressed the .PLY .MAT .GRP files to .P files? and made a connector out of the .HRC files?

bleh > :(<

but if anybdy figure out how to extract the .PLY .etc from the .P files we are in busniess since i understand and have used .rsd files in my own project alot.. then we'll have wirebone rotation and textures and everything...

best to direct that to qhimm and ficedula DIRECTLY as they have delt with the 3d model plugins (get em by email!!)
