How do I install these mods?

So I've seen a post in the "Team Avalanche Project" forums that included some mods that are not included in 7th Heaven yet and I want to install those: https://www.ff7catalog.com/posts/96966/

Putting them into the "mods\7th Heaven" folder and enabling them in the 7th Heaven launcher didn't do anything. I checked ingame and I still see the regular Grunt models in battle. My Question is now, how the hell do I install those?  :o

edit: nevermind. I figured out I just need to extract some lgp's, replace the files and repack them.
