How do you get back into the underwater junon reactor after you complete it?

Go back to Junon? Go into the elevator down towards the reactor, nothing hard about it man.
 
Nope, you need to give the reach around to a spider monkey whilst dancing the Conga before you're allowed back in. FACT.

And I'm saying you're dumb because my first post even got a small child to figure out how to do it.
(What's up with people asking about how to do that ffs? O_o)
 
I didn't know you could do it. Is there not a guard blocking your way or something? I was sure the "underwater" materia was listed in an "unmissables" guide on gamefaqs.com because you need to morph the ship enemy in the underwater tunnel and give the Guide Book to the man in Kalm to get it.

Of course that in itself is wrong because you can morph the ship enemy in the Battle Square at Gold Saucer XD.
 
I just went there to get the treasure map lol and im on disc 3

Well..... if it's UN-missable....then i suppose he wouldnt have missed it in the first place....
 
XD Thats a good point, but I took unmissable to mean if you miss it your chance is gone for the rest of the game.
