How to Change Keybinds With 7th Heaven??

I have looked all over google and I just can't seem to find the answer to this... If I launch the steam version of the game it keeps the new keybinds I have set. If I launch 7th heaven, there doesn't seem to be any way for me to change my keybinds to what I want.

The modded game with 7th heaven runs flawlessly, I get no errors or any bugs/lag but I just cannot use what I want for key binds. yes I ran the non-number pad patch so I can play the game with my 10 TKL keyboard, but changing what I want the bindings to be seems to be impossible. Where would I change these at if I am able to?

Have you tried going into the config menu in-game to rebind the controls?

How do I do that in game? I thought there weren't any options in game to change? Maybe I am overlooking it?
