How to edit spell names?

What is a program that can edit the spell names? and data?
 
I renamed my spells to be like other FF games:

Blizzard, Blizarra, Blizagga
Fire, Fira, Firaga
Water, Watera, Wateraga
Thunder, Thundara, Thundaga
Cure, Cura

I know this is probably what pretty much everyone else does, so sorry if this is pointless information. :-)
 
But watch out for the kernel2 file size, if the size is bigger then 17 kb the game will crash at the start :)
