How to set an avatar image

O_O How do I put an avatar image for my account? and other stuff?
I already read the info page here: http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Profile suggested here: https://www.ff7catalog.com/] but only got mad at finding out how to do that.

We locked that feature behind a post count limit. If I'm remembering correctly, you should be able to now that you have five posts.
