HP & MP Main Menu Texts

Well, I was searching for those texts in FF7.exe using a finding tool from the hex editor so i found many texts of HP and MP but not the ones that appear at the main menu of FFVII, so where are those texts?

do you know something? if your mind said yes, please, tell me how to find them please, if not, well, its not your problem so..do what you want lol

Not exactly in FF7Text - in case you haven't noticed.
 
Ehrm...sorry I just didnt think Is that way...but...how can I find the Offsets and how can I edit them?

PD: Sorry...I didnt said that my version is the spanish one, I thoght the way to find the texts was using a hexeditor in ff7.exe but I dont know...I dont know what the h***l is that.. lol

please tell me how to edit it in the spanish version they appear as: PG and PM lol

one thing...how can i change PG into VIT? and how can i change NV into NV:?
I know how to do it but..the font is too big and I dont know how to change the font..how can I?

If I were you, I'd start figuring out how to move the text - disassembler/debugger would be useful.
 
You mean to edit the font with lgptools or something like that?  :?

If is that how can i know what files must i edit to see the changes because are many .tex ones with this used font

There is a font - images, and there is a hardcoded length of each character. You would end up changing the code using debugger anyway, so why bother changing a font? You can just move the text a little bit to the left so it would fit.
 
If I put the text to the left it will disappear^^U

Can someone give me something to fit it?

Hi since you guys are on the subject of FF7.exe.   I was wondering if you anyone know the equivalance of FF7.exe for the PSX version.
 
Why so complicated? Just use "VT" instead of "VIT". This wouldn't be a worse abbreviation than "NV".  :wink:
 
Yeah I know that but.. :|if I want to put VIT I really have to do something, and so I can learn something more aswel.. :wink:
so, I really need to learn how to resize the font, thank you about the suggestion but i really have to put VIT instead of HP, PG, or VT..hm..sigh..its hard for me.. :cry:
