Human meat

What is human meat called? I mean, beef is derived from domestic cattle and venison comes from deer.
What are we made out of?  8-)
 
I guess just meat lol.
This is an interesting topic. "You are what you eat" and what do most people eat most? MEAT!  :-D

I guess the wording isnt in the webster-merriam dictionary aside from 'flesh'
So i am going to assume, had the human meat been harvested from domesticated human cattle, that the correct terminology stands as 'beef'.
 
Most words for a kind of meat come from a Norman French word for that kind of animal. Perhaps the word for human meat would be some kind of bastardisation of "homme"? :-D
