Is it possible to enter DEBUG ROOM in the PC ver. (FFVII)?

I have had this modified Save file also years ago with the Sephiroth patch midnight made. He somehow made this modified buster sword with those stats that would say Masamune in the equip menu and such. But I never have been able to duplicate the work he did with that save file.
