Hello there.
I just purchased the steam version of final fantasy 7 to modify it with 7th heaven (proof that I don't pirate the game: http://uploadpie.com/CMxXs). I did everything according to the tutorial and the mods work (I see it e.g. in the changed title screen).
Unfortunately I get the "couldn't play sound buffer" error.
Could anyone help?

Edit: Nevermind guys. I found the solution:
In the startmenu (windows) search for "Sounds".
Select your Speaker in the contextmenu and then:
Properties > Advanced > Exclusive Mode > Checkbox "Progams control solely this device " -> off
(Don't know if it is like that in english as I just translated the texts of those option into english)
