I want to start by asking the following: Do MODs work only in the original game? Well I'm not using original game and therefore, I can not disable the steam overlay
I made all installations and file transfers except d3d9.dll, because when I put it in the game folder, it does not work.
From what I've seen so far the mods do not work without d3d9.dll, so what should I do?
