Has anyone developed a editor that would let you add items to your inventory or make new ones?

any of the ff7 savegame editors can add items to our inventry, but the closest i can do for making new ones is using Teioh to change their names, but i heard that the iem effect is in the kernal 1bin, but i never found out.
