LGP tools won't replace

I'm having trouble with LGP tools. I'm trying to replace a file, but it won't work. I've checked and it's the same size and color of the origanal. Is there something I'm doind wrong?
 
did u extract all the files to a folder and replace it that way cause u have to do it outside of lgp tools
