lines on bg when scrolling

I am using 7H with remako HD mods

however, the bug still occurs when I disable them

These lines appear whenever backagrounds scroll

i'm using windowed mode in a 4:3 aspect ratio and have tried checking / unchecking all graphics and rendering options.

graphics card is gtx 960m

anyone else have this?

Turn off linear filtering.
