Here (possibly NSFW) and here (SFW). It seems that playing doctor with other children in the playground has joined pissing outside on the big list of things that will get you put on the sex offenders register in the US (or at least in some parts of it) :-D

I say "lol America", but it's only a matter of time before something similar happens here in Blighty. After all, we usually lead the way in paedophile-related hysteria (lol @ 9:53) :-P

I've got a buddy in the brig for "rape".  We went to the beach during spring break and met up with some girls.  He hit it off with one of them (oh, by the way, all of them looked every bit of 20) and they ended up going back to his place and "making relations".  Well, she got pregnant.  They were both cool with it, but her parents weren't.
The reason it matters what her parents think is because she was 15.  So they filed a lawsuit against him, effectively putting him in the brig for 20 years and having him permanently labeled a sex offender.

That's just how we grow them here.  They look 18+ when they are 14, and by the time they are 30 they look 25.  It's great, but at the same time you gotta stay on your toes for the young'ens
