"Media" Catalog not installing

So whenever the "Media" catalog finishes downloading, it hangs on the install step. I tried pressing the retry button and the cancel button, neither of which seem to do anything. I've redownloaded, restarted the app, restarted my pc... I even left it alone for a full 24 hours today to see if it might finish. Nothing. I've done everything short of uninstalling and reinstalling 7th Heaven. Of the catalogs I have downloaded, "Media" seems to be the only one with this issue.

Any input would be greatly appreciated, as I'm running out of ideas myself.
