Millenia's custom models gone after putting on AC cloud or APZ cloud

Everytime when i put in the AC cloud or APZ cloud the textures from Millenia always goes how can i fix this? i was thinking of installing Millenia again if that would work
 
You're talking about Millenia's weapon models right? Installing it again should fix it.
 
anytime u make changes to Cloud's battle model, you will need to reinstall Mellinia's weapons.
