Modify random ennemy

Hello,

I would like to know if a tool exists for modify random ennemy on world map or into zones ?
For example, i want to add a boss as a random ennemy.

I considered calling you something different each time until you told me what your name stands for. All I came up with is "Don't Love Peanut Butter" so I didn't bother.
