if there a mod that re models the monsters to? or is there a tool that i could DL that can help me do so?
 
i don't think there is a mod for modifying all monsters yet but i believe Team Avalanche's overhall does change diamond weapon textures so you may want to keep an eye on their project (that is if they plan on doing monsters, you may need to ask them about it)
also if you want tools for remodeling the monsters yourself you can get them from

Team Avalanche are currently working on the enemies in the Bombing Mission. Take a look at the Team Avalanche forum. :)
 
so might have to wait a while, but the wait will be worth it, models from team avalanche are absolutely stunning
