My FF7 Game Crash When I choose New Game

I got a problem...

When I enter ff7 and I choose new game itt all turns black and a error comes up. it say:

Could not find acfe.aki

plzz Help!
I really wanna play the game again

Which patchs do you have applied?
Do you see the movie before it crashes?

It happends when I install the Reunion patch, it doesn't show the movie or anything, but that is not the problem... (I think)
Since when I don't install the reunion patch all works fine, when I install it and make an new lgp file it all goes to h*ll...

plzz help me
